Welcome Centre
The Welcome Centre assists visiting professors and researchers who are planning a research stay at the University of Bonn and their host institutes. It advises on questions relating to the organization of a research stay, and provides information and guidance on a wide range of issues such as visa and entry requirements, health insurance, language courses, family, taxes, and general information about the University of Bonn and the Bonn area.
We kindly ask researchers who come to the University of Bonn from abroad to register at the Welcome Centre as early as possible - ideally prior to their arrival in Bonn.
